MD Greetings

Our Myanmar Kaido Company Limited established in April 1993, was wholly-owned by a family of Myanmar nationals. Since its inception, Myanmar Kaido commenced its spare parts distribution for the heavy machinery. After a decade later, we evolved into the distribution of heavy machinery and related spare parts in keeping abreast with the development of Myanmar’s infrastructure. Our main aim is to fulfill the needs of our machine-users with world-class quality products. “Customer Satisfaction, Our First Priority” has been adopted as our company motto. We always relentlessly serve our customers quality products with competitive price.

Throughout 30 years of our company’s existence, our quest for quality never ceases. In this regard, we import international brands from Japan, Korea, USA, Sweden, Italy and China. Presently, we have represented a total of 21 manufacturers and suppliers as authorized distributors and dealers. We never fail to serve the interests of all stakeholders and provide our machine-users with technologically innovative machinery and high-quality spare parts.

Almost nine years passed after Myanmar turned to democratic nation, reforms and relaxations dramatically change Myanmar economic policies. As a result, many foreign companies flow in under Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). In order to vying with the foreign companies, we have trained our workforce to be highly skilled and competent employees in the framework of Myanmar Kaido’s Vision; Mission and Core values.

In addition to existing transactions, Myanmar Kaido started launching Machinery Rental as a new line of business in joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation and Nikken Corporation of Japan since 2016. Presently, we are serving our valued business partners with 30 years experience and expertise; 412 workforce through our majestic head office at Shwe Lin Ban Industrial Zone, Yangon and 22 branches all over Myanmar. Our Yangon head office and branch offices have served 3-S (Sales; Spares & Service) to the entire satisfaction of our valued customers.

In a bid to train and create career opportunity for machinery operators, Myanmar Kaido has opened the “Machinery Operators Training School - MOTS” at Magway on February 12, 2015. It has been done as a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the welfare of the youth living in Magway Division. Currently, the training school can train operators only for excavators. In due course, operator training for forklift will follow suit. After operator trainings are in full swing, we aim to add courses for machinery maintenance and repairs. Simultaneously, we are conducting trainings for civil servants of government departments who use the machinery distributed by our company. With a view to promoting livelihoods of the rural people, technical-oriented vocational trainings will be provided. In the process to fulfill our current country’s competency requirement, we are working closely with National Skills Standards Authority (NSSA) under Ministry of Labor, Immigration and Population. In this connection, our MOTS training school assesses the experienced operators and accredits occupational competency certificates under NSSA guidelines.

Code of Conduct

၁။ အမျိုးသားအကျိုးစီးပွား

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အမိမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ လူမှုစီးပွားဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးကို အထောက်အကူပြုရန် ကြိုးစားအားထုတ်သွား မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ မိမိတို့နိုင်ငံသူနိုင်ငံသားတို့၏ အကျိုးစီးပွားကိုထိခိုက်နစ်နာစေမည့် စီမံကိန်းများ (သို့မဟုတ်) စီးပွားရေး လုပ်ငန်းများ လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းမှ ရှောင်ကြဉ်သွားပါမည်။

1. National Interests

We shall contribute every effort to the socio-economic development of our country and avoid any project or activity that can be harmful or detrimental to the interests of the people.

၂။ စီးပွားရေးမူဝါဒ

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် နိုင်ငံတော်မှ ကန့်သတ်ပိတ်ပင်ထားသော (သို့မဟုတ်) တရားဝင်ခွင့်ပြုထားခြင်းမရှိသော ကုန်သွယ်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းများတွင် ပါဝင်လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းမှ ရှောင်ကြဉ်သွားပါမည်။

2. Trade Policy

We shall not engage in any banned or illegal trade practices.

We shall support and contribute to the transparent and competitive market system and free trade development process.

We shall not engage in any harmful business activities or any unacceptable trading transactions.

We shall supply world-class machinery with durability and long-term warranty and also distribute quality spare parts for State building & socio-economic development projects responding to the requirement of the market.

၃။ တန်းတူအခွင့်အရေးပေးခြင်း

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏အလုပ်အကိုင်အခွင့်အလမ်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး လူမျိုး၊ ဘာသာ၊ ဇာတ်နိမ့်ဇာတ်မြင့်၊ အသား အရောင်၊ ကျား၊ မ စသည်တို့ကို ခွဲခြားစဉ်းစားခြင်းမရှိဘဲ တန်းတူရည်တူအခွင့်အရေး ရရှိစေပါမည်။

3. Equality of Opportunities

We shall provide equal opportunities to all our employees for employment regardless of their race, religion, caste, color, gender etc.

၄။ တံစိုးလက်ဆောင်ပေးကမ်းခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) လက်ခံခြင်း

4. Bribery & Corruption

The Company and its employees shall not offer, pay or receive all forms of bribes that are intended to make a profit for the conduct of their business.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကောင်းမွန်သောအုပ်ချုပ်မှုကို အထောက်အပံ့ပေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် နိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရနှင့်၎င်းမှ တရားဝင် ခန့်အပ်ထားသည့် ပြည်သူ့ဝန်ထမ်းများအား အပြုသဘောဖြင့်ဆက်ဆံပါမည်။ အဆိုပါပြည်သူ့ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် ဆက်သွယ် လုပ်ကိုင်ရာတွင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့စောင့်ထိန်းလိုက်နာသွားမည့် ကျင့်ဝတ်စည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီ ပြုမူပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံသွားပါမည်။

5. Government Agencies

We shall engage with the government and their official agencies constructively to support good governance. We shall deal with them in a manner consistent with our Code of Conduct.

၆။ ပါတီနိုင်ငံရေးဆက်နွယ်မှု

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် နိုင်ငံတော်မှပြဋ္ဌာန်းထားသည့် စည်းမျဉ်းဥပဒေများ၊ မူဝါဒလမ်းစဉ်များကို လေးစားလိုက်နာပြီး လုပ်ကိုင် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားပါမည်။ နိုင်ငံရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ ခန့်အပ်ထားသည့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) နိုင်ငံရေး အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအား ပံ့ပိုးထောက်ပံ့ခြင်းများမလုပ်ဆောင်ဘဲ ပါတီနိုင်ငံရေးကင်းရှင်းမှုရှိစေရပါမည်။

6. Party Politics Involvement

We shall observe the rules; regulations, and systems of the government and act accordingly. We shall be free from party politics without providing support; assistance or contribution for their members and such political parties.

၇။ ကျန်းမာရေး၊ လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် သန့်ရှင်းသောလုပ်ငန်းဝန်းကျင်

7. Health, Safety & Clean Environment

We will not compromise our safety and security in pursuit of business benefits. We shall work hard to provide a safe, healthy, and clean working environment complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

၈။ နိုင်ငံသားကောင်း

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် နိုင်ငံ့သားကောင်းများ၊ ကုမ္ပဏီဝန်ထမ်းကောင်းများဖြစ်ရန် ခံယူထားပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့မှီတင်းနေထိုင် သည့် အမိနိုင်ငံတော်အား အကျိုးဖြစ်ထွန်းစေမည့် လူမှု့အကျိုးပြုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများတွင် တက်ကြွစွာပံ့ပိုးကူညီသွားပါမည်။ ထိုအပြင် လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ အခြေခံကျင့်ဝတ်စည်းကမ်းများကိုပါ လေးစားလိုက်နာသွားပါမည်။

8. Good Citizenship

We are committed to being the good citizenship of the country as well as the corporate citizenship of the Company. We will actively participate and fully support the civil society organizations which benefit our communities. Moreover, we will observe basic civic duties.

၉။ ကုမ္ပဏီများအချင်းချင်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မိမိတို့ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ်များ၊ ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအရင်းအမြစ်များ၊ လုပ်ငန်းသုံးအရင်းအမြစ်များ၊ အသိပညာ၊ အတတ်ပညာများကို မိမိတို့ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ အစုစပ်ကုမ္ပဏီများအပါအဝင် လက်အောက်ခံကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် မျှဝေပြီး အတူတကွ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားပါမည်။

9. Cooperation of Myanmar Kaido Companies

We shall work together in cooperation with our affiliate companies including joint-venture entity by sharing intellectual and technical knowledge, human resources, management expertise, and physical resources.

၁၀။ ကုမ္ပဏီအကျိုးစီးပွား

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကုမ္ပဏီ၏အကျိုးစီးပွားအစဉ်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန် ဒါရိုက်တာအဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့်အတူပူးပေါင်း၍ တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှု၊ စိတ်ဓာတ်ပြည့်ဝစွာဖြင့် ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားပါမည်။

10. Interests of Company

The Company’s entire Board of Directors and its employees shall strive their utmost to achieve the sustainable development of the Company.

၁၁။ ကျင့်ဝတ်ဆိုင်ရာပြုမူနေထိုင်မှုများ

11. Ethical Conduct

We do pledge to perform our businesses in conformity with the highest moral and ethical standards. We shall act with honesty and integrity and professionalism without tolerance to all forms of bribery or corruption.

၁၂။ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများလိုက်နာမှု

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် နိုင်ငံတော်မှသတ်မှတ်ပြဌာန်းထားသည့် ဥပဒေများ၊ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို တစ်သွေမတိမ်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်သွားပါမည်။

12. Regulatory Compliance

All employees of the Company shall in their business conduct, comply exactly with all applicable laws and regulations of the country.

၁၃။ အလုပ်ခန့်အပ်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာသဘောတူညီမှု

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဤကုမ္ပဏီတွင်တာ၀န်ထမ်းဆောင်နေစဉ်အတွင်း အခြားသောကုမ္ပဏီတစ်ခုခုတွင် ဝင်ရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်ခြင်း မှ ရှောင်ကြဉ်သွားပါမည်။

13. Employment Contract

An employee of the Company shall not engage in other business activities unrelated to the Company.

၁၄။ ကုမ္ပဏီအကျိုးစီးပွားနှင့်ဆန့်ကျင်ခြင်း

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မိမိကုမ္ပဏီ၏အကျိုးစီးပွားကို တိုက်ရိုက်၍သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ သွယ်ဝိုက်၍သော်လည်းကောင်း ထိခိုက် နစ်နာစေမည့် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများနှင့် စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များတွင် ပါဝင်လုပ်ကိုင်ခြင်းမှ ရှောင်ကြဉ်သွားပါမည်။

14. Conflicting with Company’s interests

An employee of the Company shall not engage directly or indirectly in any business relationship or activity which might be conflicting or be harmful to the interest of the Company.

၁၅။ လုံခြုံရေးကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့်လျှို့ဝှက်သတင်းအချက်အလက်

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မိမိတို့ရရှိပိုင်ဆိုင်ထားသည့် ကုမ္ပဏီအတွင်းရေး သတင်းအချက်အလက်များပေါ်အခြေခံ၍ မိမိအတွက် ကိုယ်ကျိုးရယူခြင်း၊ ထိုသို့ပြုလုပ်ရန် အခြားသူများအား အားပေးကူညီခြင်းများမှ ရှောင်ကြဉ်သွားပါမည်။

15. Security Matters & Confidential Information

An employee of the Company shall not seek any benefit out of confidential information entrusted to us or help encourage others to do so.

၁၆။ ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချရသောသတင်းအချက်အလက်များပံ့ပိုးခြင်း

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မိမိတို့မှကုမ္ပဏီသို့ပံ့ပိုးပေးသည့် သတင်းအချက်အလက်များနှင့် စာရင်းဇယားများသည် ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချရပြီး တိကျသေချာမှုရှိစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားပါမည်။

16. Reliability of Data

Each employee of the Company shall ensure reliability and accuracy of the information provided and the data furnished to the Company.

၁၇။ အရေးကိစ္စများအစီရင်ခံခြင်း

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦးဦးမှ ကျင့်၀တ်စည်းမျဉ်းများချိုးဖောက်နေသည်ကို တွေ့ရှိလျှင်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကျင့်၀တ် စည်းမျဉ်းများ ချိုးဖောက်နေသည်ဟု သံသယရှိလျှင်သော်လည်းကောင်း အုပ်ချုပ်သူအကြီးအကဲများထံသို့ ချက်ချင်း ဆက်သွယ်အကြောင်းကြားသွားပါမည်။

17. Reporting the issues

An employee of the Company is responsible to immediately report to their superior if they found or suspect someone else breaching the Code.

၁၈။ တားမြစ်ထားသည့် မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးနှင့်ဆက်စပ်ပစ္စည်းများ

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် တားမြစ်ထားသောမူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးနှင့် စိတ်ကိုပြောင်းလဲစေသည့်ပစ္စည်းများအား လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်းသုံးစွဲ ခြင်းကို လုံးဝ (လုံးဝ) ခွင့်မပြုကြောင်းသိရှိနားလည်ပါသည်။

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် တားမြစ်မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးများနှင့် စိတ်ကိုပြောင်းလဲစေသောပစ္စည်းများ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း သိမ်းဆည်းထား ခြင်းနှင့် အခြားဝန်ထမ်းများထံ ဖြန့်ဝေပေးမှုများကိုလည်း ရှောင်ကြဉ်သွားပါမည်။

18. Prohibited Drugs And Substances

We strictly prohibit the use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in our workplaces.

We do not tolerate the storage of such prohibited drugs and psychotropic substances at the workplace and distribution to other employees.

We prohibit the consumption of alcohol at their workplace and coming to work under the influence of alcohol.

၁၉။ သတ်မှတ်အခွန်များပေးဆောင်ခြင်း

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် နိုင်ငံတော်၏ စီးပွားရေး၊ လူမှုရေး၊ ပညာရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေးစသည့် အခန်းကဏ္ဍများဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များတွင် တစ်ဖက်တစ်လမ်းမှ အထောက်အကူပြုနိုင်ရေးအတွက် မိမိတို့ကုမ္ပဏီအနေဖြင့် ကျသင့်သောအခွန် အခများကိုနိုင်ငံတော်မှ သတ်မှတ်ပြဋ္ဌာန်းထားသည့်အတိုင်း မှန်မှန်ကန်ကန်အပြည့်အဝ ပေးဆောင်သွားပါမည်။

19. Taxation

The Company shall pay the taxes properly and fully as prescribed by the government to support and contribute to the Nation’s efforts for the development of economic; social; education and health sectors.

Our Facilities

Since our establishment, Myanmar Kaido’s quest for quality never ceased. We are committed to distribute the state-of-the-art machinery and proven quality spare parts. In this respect, we are distributing quality heavy machinery plus price competitiveness. Hereunder are our facilities:

Myanmar Kaido Head Office is located at Shwe Lin Ban Industrial Zone in Hlaingthayar Township. A variety of machinery are showcased in the spacious display yard which can be easily accessible for the customers. For the convenience of customers, we also open a modernized smart Showroom at our Yangon Branch Office at Bayintnaung, Hlaing Township.

For fulfilling our customers’ requirements in timely manner, we have set up a total of 20 branches including Yangon branch office. Most of the branches are located in close proximity of our customers’ jobsites. Regionally speaking, we have 1 branch office in Nay Pyi Taw; 1 in Ayeyarwady Region; 2 in Mandalay Region; 1 in Magway Region; 6 in Sagaing Region;: 1 in Tanintharyi Region; 1 in Yangon Region; 3 in Kachin State; 1 in Mon State; 1 in Rakhine State & 2 in Shan State.

At Shwe Lin Ban Head Office compound, we have a Service Workshop with 3 Machinery Repair Bays and 3 Delivery Machines Area. Likewise, we set up branches; sub-branches and service points as aftersales service. We are providing regular maintenance; repair works and customers’ emergency calls utilizing our workforce of 91 experienced and skillful service personnel.

In addition to base workshops at Yangon and Mandalay, our mobile service teams at respective branches always get ready to render their prompt service.

In the vast compound of Shwe Lin Ban Head Office, there are two warehouses called Main Stores I & II where well over 8,400 items of spare parts, attachments and service equipments are stored in systematic manner.

With our modernized inventory system, we keep our customers fully satisfied in ordering full range of spare parts from overseas suppliers and arranging subsequent quickest delivery to the customers.
